There are many buyers gravitating towards new home construction and new move-in-ready spec properties. Buying a home is one of the most important investments you’ll ever make. Many of these buyers make critical decisions without the help of a real estate professional looking out for them. Did you know the homebuilder will pay us to represent you? Even though the builder’s sales agent may provide customer service... it is wise to remember they work for the builder, not you. Buyers often think they’ll get a better price if they don’t bring their agent. That’s simply not true. The builder will pay for our services as a free benefit for you. If you have questions about warranties, construction times & benefits of certain house plans… as your realty team, we make it our priority to know the strengths and offerings of each builder in the area. Our experience with recent new home sales throughout the Valley allows us to provide valuable insight for clients in each community, including some of the builders who negotiated bottom lines on certain models. In addition to negotiating on your behalf, we’ll make sure all writing in the contract is clear and transparent, that all paperwork is accurate, follow up with the inspections, appraisal, and title company, and above all… keep you in the loop and make sure the homebuilder is doing their job.
